Shuttles will pick up guests at 7:45 PM from Hotel Mountain Brook, Bluebird Hunter Lodge, and Kaatskill Mountain Club. Shuttles will start returning to the hotels from the Phoenicia Diner at 9:15 PM.

Shuttles will begin picking up guests at 3:30 PM from Hotel Mountain Brook, Bluebird Hunter Lodge, and Kaatskill Mountain Club.
For guests driving to the ceremony, please arrive at Deer Mountain Inn using the main entrance by 4pm. Shuttles will pick up there to bring driving guests to the mountaintop.
Cocktails, Dinner & Dancing

Shuttles will start returning to the hotels from Deer Mountain Inn at 10:00 PM and run on a loop until 1:30 AM.
